From generic questions to questions regarding our Terms and Conditions, many support questions can be answered here. Here are some examples of frequently asked questions:

  • How long does it take for contributions to be deposited into my bank account?
    • It generally takes 48 hours for the money to hit your bank account.
  • I’ve created an account but it still says “Account Pending.” What else do I need to do?
    • We will contact you directly if we need additional information from you. Our account verification process generally takes 24 hours, but various identification check methods are performed to protect you and your account.
  • A donor requested a refund. How can I issue one?
    • Refunds requested after 45 days will not be processed. You have two options for issuing refunds. You may issue the donor a check, or as a last resort, you can contact our support team to request a refund.
